Fantastic property & location Positive: Beautiful property, clean and well equipped. Great location. A lift for those with walking difficulties. Definitely recommend. We will be going back. Negative: A bit of confusion where to find key to access the apartment, a quick call to the managers, soon sorted. Big thank you.

Negative: Highly not recommended! First of all, in the guide photos and videos provided by residents, the key box and the free parking position provided were not photographed. According to the written description, it took us half an hour to find the key box on the roadside wall dozens of meters near the apartment and ask other residents before parking the car. The so-called free parking space provided by the apartment is a small piece of concrete on the roadside, not a parking space in an apartment building. Only 4 cars can be parked. Once there is no place, you can only find a nearby toll parking place by yourself. The beds and bedding provided were cheap and poor. Shopkeepers have no sincerity to improve service, but they have been sophistry and shirking responsibility.

Good base for visiting York Positive: Great location for centre of York, just a short 15 walk. Lovely modern apartment, comfortable beds a good nights sleep had by all. Negative: Nothing to dislike
